From Kimberly A. Watson, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility chief:Today, I encourage you to take a few moments to watch this short video entitled: “Gaining Confidence in Building Inclusive Cultures” LINK. Building/creating an inclusive culture can take time so look for progress over perfection.  As shared by William Raspberry: “And, yes, words matter.  They may reflect reality, but they also have the power to change reality—the power to uplift and to abase.” Looking back, I remember being told to choose my words carefully. At the time, I did not realize the true value of this life lesson. Do your words help support a workplace built on merit, dignity, and respect?

You can also visit the AF eLearning (skillport) site to learn more about diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility topics.
