6/29/2012 - WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio -- Time is running out for runners still wanting to register for the sold-out Air Force Marathon.

Through one of the Marathon's eight Charity Partners, slots for the full and half marathon are still available until July 13.

"This is a great way to still get in the race and do something that gives back to the community," said Rob Aguiar, Marathon director.

Interested runners should contact the charity of their choice for registration details. Each charity has different fund raising commitments and requirements.

The Air Force 5K hosted by Wright State University will be run on Sept. 14 at the Wright State University Nutter Center. The Sports and Fitness Expo will also be held at the Nutter Center on Sept. 13-14.
