WRIGHT- PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Wright-Patterson Air Force Base will conduct a military working dog retirement in honor of Morgen at the Security Forces Squadron Supply Bay here at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.Morgen was born on Dec. 8, 2013, and is assigned to the 88th Security Forces Squadron.
