U.S. Air Force Col. Jennifer Mulder, 655th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group commander, makes final remarks during the 655 ISRG change of command ceremony March 4, 2023, at the National Museum of the Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
