CUESTA DE LA VIRGEN, Honduras -- Air Force Master Sgt. Troy Himes, Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element emergency medical technician deployed from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, takes time out to pick up litter with local Honduran children here Oct. 19. Sergeant Himes participated in a MEDRETE that educated 785 Hondurans on preventive medicine issues such as hand washing, food preparation and personal hygiene.
