Sponsorship Program

The Unit Sponsorship Program helps incoming personnel transition smoothly by pairing them with a trained sponsor from their gaining unit. Sponsors serve as your go-to resource before, during, and after arrival, assisting with housing, in-processing, unit expectations, and local area information.

Having a sponsor ensures you feel connected and supported from the moment you receive your orders to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. They help coordinate your arrival, answer questions, and guide you through the critical first steps of settling in.
