    Beginning May 7, 2025, all visitors seeking access to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base will be required to present a REAL ID-compliant credential, in accordance with federal requirements.

    Changes to Base Access for DoD Civilian Retirees Goes into Effect August 31, 2023

     WRIGHT- PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – After August 31, 2023, Department of Defense civilian retirees will be required to show a registered REAL ID card for base access.   The implementation of the REAL ID Act has eliminated the requirement for DoD Civilian Retiree ID cards and are no longer
