Medical evacuation training

Airmen from the 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Training Squadron board a KC-46A Pegasus, flown by the 64th Air Refueling Squadron from the 157th Air Refueling Wing, during their training mission on the Air Force’s newest air-refueling tanker at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Feb. 14, 2024.
