Dr. F. Kenneth Hopkins, portfolio manager for Directed Energy with the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Materials and Manufacturing Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, received the 2007-2008 Outstanding Engineers and Scientists Award in the Technical Leadership Category from the 15,000-member Affiliate Societies Council of Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. F.
