A U.S. Coast Guard Disaster Assistance Response Team’s equipment is loaded aboard a C-130J Hercules aircraft at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio Friday, March 27. The eight-member team, based in Cincinnati will fly to Fargo, N.D. to join others supporting rescue and evacuation efforts in response to flooding on the Red River.
