Faster, easier filing and payment for personal property claims
The Air Force transformed processing of personal property claims with the March 23 dedication of the new Air Force Claims Service Center in Kettering, Ohio. The single center now provides Air Force people worldwide with on-line claims filing and 24/7 toll-free, live personal assistance via telephone. Cutting the ribbon at the AFCSC from left to right is Zack Gaddy, Director of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Michael Wynne, Secretary of the Air Force and Maj. Gen. Jack Rives, Air Force Judge Advocate General. Assisting them is Airman First Class Sherri Igartua of the AFCSC. Air Force Photo by Tech. Sgt. Steve Moore.
