Sept. 30 and is scheduled for delivery to Dover Air Force Base, Del. in November. The Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio oversees C-5 program management and the modernization effort. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Michael O’Halloran)
