Wright-Patt Medical Center checking recent prescriptions

  • Published
Out of an abundance of caution, we are notifying patients who had prescriptions filled at the Kittyhawk Satellite Pharmacy between Apr. 23, 2014 and Apr. 29, 2014. These patients may have received wrong medication or a mixture of medications.

On Apr. 29 we discovered technical difficulties which may have impacted the accuracy with which some of the prescriptions were filled.

We are asking all patients who had prescriptions filled during this time to bring their prescriptions to the Wright-Patt Medical Center Information Desk located near the main entrance between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m., so that we may check them for accuracy and exchange them, as necessary.

This concern only impacts those prescriptions that were filled at our Kittyhawk Satellite Pharmacy between Apr. 23 and Apr. 29, 2014.

If you have any questions or concerns, the 88th Medical Group commander has set up a phone line staffed with pharmacy personnel to assist you. That number is 937 257-9022. This line is also manned between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.
