Wright-Patterson will host community internship fair Feb. 19

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio. -- Wright-Patterson Air Force Base will host an internship fair Feb. 19 at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force from noon to 4 p.m.

Registration is free for students and employers.

The fair will focus on students who are enrolled in a degree or certificate program, or who are nearing graduation and are seeking internship opportunities throughout the Dayton and Ohio regions.

Employer deadline for registration is Dec. 19 and is limited to the first 40 registrants.

The internship fair is an effort by the Wright-Patterson Partnership program, an Air Force initiative through which agencies on the installation and public/private sector community leaders can develop ways to leverage their capabilities and resources to reduce costs or risks by finding shared value.
