Hoke was honored for his work in securing agreements enabling over $27M in technology development, efforts in supporting cyber research and cyber tool development, efforts in piloting a new T2 accelerator designed to launch new companies and his efforts in establishing the Commercialization Academy initiative, an experiential education and technology acceleration program run by the Information Directorate, Rome, NY.
