88th Air Base Wing Welcomes New Commander Published June 21, 2016 By 88th Air Base Wing Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio -- The 88th Air Base Wing welcomed a new commander June 21 as Col. Bradley McDonald assumed command from Colonel John Devillier during a change of command ceremony at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. More than 400 people attended the ceremony, presided by Lt. Gen. John F. Thompson, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center commander. McDonald comes to Wright-Patterson following an assignment as the 10th Air Base Wing vice commander, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado.
