USAF Marathon director available for interview Published Aug. 17, 2007 By Rachel Castle 88 ABW Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- The U.S. Air Force Marathon is less than one month away and area officials are busy putting on the finishing touches to what promises to be a monumental event. In preparation for this local celebration of the Air Force 60th Anniversary, Marathon director Molly Louden will be available for interviews up to September 15. The eleventh annual race will feature continuous flyovers and static aircraft displays. A course change will see runners through downtown Fairborn. The traditional 5K race is being hosted by Wright State University on Sept. 14 with a Sports and Fitness Exposition at the Nutter Center Sept. 13 and 14. Participants will be able to fuel up before the big race at the gourmet pasta dinner at the National Museum of the United States Air Force Sept. 14.
