Inclement weather forces cancellation of Pre-Deployment Fair Published Jan. 10, 2009 WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Snow and icy roads forced cancellation of the planned Pre-Deployment Fair which was to be held Saturday, Jan. 10 at Chapel 3 here. The Airman and Family Readiness Center teams with other base helping agencies and community sponsors to host the event for families of base Airmen who recently deployed or are about to deploy. The Pre-Deployment Fair is not open to the general public. The event will be rescheduled and deploying families notified once the new date and location are set.
