The facility took the prestigious AFMC Gold Key award for best lodging facility in the MAJCOM and then competed against the best of the best Air Force wide and came out on top. Wright-Patterson Inns is officially the 2010 Innkeeper award winner for best lodging facility in the Air Force. The Innkeeper award has been given annually for the past 29 years to the Air Force Inns facility that provides the most outstanding hotel-type lodging and customer service to the Air Force traveler; winning the award is a clear mark of stellar customer service. The Innkeeper evaluation team completed the inspection here at Wright-Patt in June and announced the winners last week with Wright-Patterson Inns taking the overall award for Large Installation Category (286 plus rooms). Also, Wright-Patterson's own Janelle Bailey has been chosen as the base's nominee for the Innkeeper Travelers' Award, which is presented to individuals who exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, attitude, and customer service and job knowledge.
