This year, flu vaccine is available to Air Force Materiel Command's civilian workforce in addition to active-duty personnel and their family members. Although the mass immunization lines have already been conducted at most AFMC bases, civilians can still take advantage of the free immunization. They are open for walk-ins from 0730 - 1630, M - F, but is closed on the first Thursday of every month for training from 0730 - 1230. Influenza immunizations are also available at the Occupational Health clinic in Building 675, Area B, from 0730 - 1600. Call the base influenza hotline at 904-3588 for the most current information. As part of the AFMC Civilian Workforce Influenza Vaccine Program, a predetermined quantity of flu vaccine has been purchased.
