The Air Force Marathon is sponsoring a series of free training clinics, featuring two-time AFM winner Dr. Mark Cucuzzella.

Dr. Mark Cucuzzella national expert on running healthy for life and has run competitively for nearly 30 years, competing in over 60 marathons and ultramarathons. He is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves and is designing programs to reduce running injuries in service members.

"Mark's clinics are extremely popular every year," said Race Director Rob Aguiar, "He has a way of making running clinics accessible for beginning runners and experienced runners."

Four clinics are scheduled for the week of March 18-22. All clinics are free and open to the public. Attendees do not have to buy tickets or register; runners should just show up at the appointed time and place.

"We want to thank the local organizations that have partnered with us to hold these clinics," said Mr. Aguiar.
