Grace A. Peterson Airman Leadership School honored 27 graduating Airmen at a ceremony Oct. 17, 2024, in the Wright-Patt Club. Chief Master Sgt. Erreca Berry, 88th Comptroller Squadron and Wing Staff Agencies senior enlisted leader, told the class made up of Airmen from the 88th Air Base Wing, 445th Airlift Wing, Ohio Air National Guard, 76th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Squadron and other organizations, to take pride in their accomplishment. “Each of you has reached an important milestone, not just in your careers, but in your personal growth as well,” Berry said. She also stressed that, as the Airmen advance and become supervisors, they will shape those working for them. “Lead well and with heart,” Berry said. “Lead knowing that you can make a lasting impact on the people around you, but it's your choice on whether that impact will be positive or negative.” The Airman Leadership Course is a requirement of Airmen selected for the rank of staff sergeant.
