Maj. Gen. Jeffrey R. King relinquished command to Col. Brian R. Moore in a ceremony presided by Lt. Gen. Stacey T. Hawkins, Air Force Sustainment Center commander. “Maj. Gen. King is one the most engaged senior leaders serving on active duty today across our Air Force,” said Hawkins. “His sustained excellence over many challenging leadership tests, both as a commander in the field and as a policy maker around one of the most important headquartered staff organizations, has led to spectacular results.” Moore, no stranger to Tinker, was formerly the AFSC Vice Commander from June 2018 to July 2019 as well as the 552nd Air Control Wing’s Maintenance Group Commander from Aug. 2016 to June 2018.
