WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Leaders and Airmen from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base participated in the Cincinnati Reds' annual Military Appreciation Night, Sept. 2 at the Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.

Col. Christopher Meeker, 88th Air Base Wing and WPAFB commander, administered the oath of enlistment to Air Force recruits. Meeker also threw the ceremonial first pitch before the game.

The U.S. Air Force Band of Flight vocalist performed the National Anthem.
