Team Hill Frontlines: Debra Higgs Published April 10, 2020 75th Air Base Wing Public Affairs Editor's Note: The “Team Hill Frontlines" series is a recurring feature that puts the spotlight on some of the civilian and military Airmen on the "frontlines" supporting our mission, people and families during the COVID-19 crisis. Debra Higgs is a human resource specialist for the 75th Force Support Squadron. She is the base's telework program manager, and she provides a wide range of management advisory services regarding other Civilian Personnel programs. Her hometown is Roy, Utah, and her hobbies include reading and cooking. Debra's experience working on the COVID-19 frontlines: "In order to support our mission here at Hill I have been able to help increase our telework program to support the mission by employee’s normally not eligible to telework to be able to use telework as a workforce flexibility to lessen the impact on the organizations to combat COVID 2019 with social distancing, and still be able to support our mission and continuity of operations here at Hill AFB. Telework is a critical tool during emergency situations and for me being able to implement this action here at Hill has maximized the telework capacity to help posture our resiliency during this crisis." Debra, Team Hill thanks you for your service! We appreciate you!
