BACN team tapped for Gen. Mark A. Welsh III award

The Battlefield Airborne Communication Node team celebrated a BACN E-11A delivery at an acceptance ceremony at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., Sept. 11, 2025. The BACN E-11A aircraft is a specialized communications platform that enables enhanced situational awareness by reducing line-of-sight issues and enabling real-time information across the battlespace between tactical data link and voice systems through relay, bridging, and data translation.
