  • A St. near F/20014 Road Closure

    On Friday, 23 May 2025, American Water will be performing a water main replacement on A Street north of F/20014 in Area B. As a result, A Street between 4th Street and B Street will be closed for the entire day. Please plan accordingly and use alternate routes as necessary.

  • Loop Rd. and C St. Intersection Signal Change

    Please be advised that from May 23rd to May 27th, the traffic signals at the intersection of Loop Road and C Street in Area B will be temporarily inoperable.

    During this period, temporary stop signs will be in place. Drivers are advised to treat the intersection as a three-way stop and proceed with caution.

  • A Street and 4th Street Road Closure

    American Water will perform a water main replacement project in Area B, impacting A Street and 4th Street between F/20014 and F/20015. As a result, both A Street and 4th Street will be closed all day from Monday, 2 June through Friday, 6 June 2025. Please plan accordingly and use alternate routes as needed during this period.

  • Gate 19B Barrier Replacement
    Area B Traffic pattern: Gate 19B (National) will start barrier replacements in late June, the traffic pattern will be changing to inbound only in the am and outbound in afternoon as of now.  There will be a large communication plan as the updates become available.
  • Closure of AFIT Parcourse/Walking Track

    The site east of Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) and between National Rd., where the walking track / parcourse is located has been leased to a local developer, Synergy, through an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) Agreement. The site will be a new office park with low-rise office buildings for commercial use.  Site work and construction is scheduled to begin Mar 2025.  A new perimeter fence will be constructed to allow public access to the development.  Once construction begins, the parcourse/walking track will be permanently closed.
