WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – The Secure Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Advanced Training Environment (SLATE) program in the Air Force Research Laboratory's 711th Human Performance Wing here, concluded a 40-month effort with a Phase III capstone demonstration at Nellis Air Force Base,
