AFRL Releases New TBONE Capabilities Published Dec. 4, 2006 By Information Directorate AFRL/IF ROME, N.Y. -- AFRL engineers successfully completed a 46th Test Squadron, combined test force, risk reduction test (RRT) at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The RRT served to incrementally test newly developed capabilities for the Theater Battle Operations Network-Centric Environment (TBONE) and integrate them into the Theater Battle Management Core Systems (version 1.1.4) framework. This TBONE release includes a long list of new capabilities. TBONE is an Air Force Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Center initiative providing commanders a global, network-centric capability to plan, monitor, execute, and assess air operations.
