The purpose of the ceremony was to recognize all of the April enlisted promotions by presenting each promotee with a promotion certificate, and to celebrate some of the most important milestones in an enlisted member’s military career as they enter into the Non-Commissioned and Senior Non-commissioned Officer Corps.
