JOHN F. FAULKNER

Mr. John F. Faulkner is the Vice Director, 88th Air Base Wing, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He serves as the senior civilian leader and assists in managing the Wing comprised of more than 5,000 Air Force active-duty, civilian and contractor employees. The 88th ABW mission is to deliver war-winning capabilities through agile installation and mission support. The base is home to over 30,000 employees and is the largest single site employer in the state of Ohio with a $4B annual economic impact.

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Faulkner served as the Deputy Director, 86th Mission Support Group, 86th Airlift Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. He assisted in leading the largest Mission Support Group in the Air Force with seven squadrons/detachment and over 3,500 military and civilian Airmen which support and protect an $11.8B physical plant consisting of facilities and infrastructure which support the rapid air mobility and strategic partner missions from Europe’s largest U.S. military installation and the largest American community (56,000) outside the United States living and working in the Kaiserslautern Military Community.
