WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Effective July 1, Col. Charles Barkhurst will assume the role of 88th Air Base Wing vice commander.Barkhurst joins the team from the Pentagon in Washington, where he served as senior military assistant to the Office of the Secretary of Defense Comptroller.He
