Contest offers chance at VIP parking

Register for the Air Force Marathon before Feb. 2 and be entered for a chance to win one of our All Access prize packages.

"We'll pull five winners randomly from those who registered," said Robert Aguiar, Air Force Marathon race director. "This contest is very popular and is a great way to engage with our runners."

Among other prizes, registered runners will have a chance to win VIP parking on race day.

Runners who have already   registered for the Air Force Marathon will be automatically entered into the contest. The Air Force Marathon already has more than 6,400 registered participants. The 19th annual race, which takes place on Sept. 19, includes a full marathon, a half marathon and a 10K race. A 5K race, hosted by Wright State University, will be Sept. 18.

First-place winner of the All Access prize package will receive:

› Two tickets to the gourmet pasta dinner
› Two tickets to the Breakfast of Champions
› Two honored guest tent passes
› VIP parking pass
› Super-size goodie bag  

Second-place winner will receive:

Third-place winner will receive:
› Two honored guest tent passes
› VIP parking pass

Winners may pick up their prizes during packet pickup at the Sports and Fitness Expo at the Nutter Center, Sept. 17-18. Prizes are valid Sept. 19, 2015, only. No substitutions.

All marathon events are open to the public, and the race is a Boston Marathon Qualifying event.
