Public Affairs Productivity Portal replaces Air Force 833 form Published Feb. 11, 2026 By Meghan Howard 88th Air Base Wing Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, OH -- Requesting public affairs support at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is getting a new look. Units and organizations seeking visual information or community engagement support will now submit requests through the Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3). The P3 Portal is an Air Force-wide system and the primary method for requesting public affairs support, including photography, graphics, videography, tours, security and policy review, and other services. P3 replaces the previously used Air Force 833 Form and offers a streamlined way to submit requests. Requests can be submitted at: https://safpa.appianportals.com/request To access P3, users enter their email address and receive a one-time code to log in. Once logged in, users select Wright-Patterson AFB as the servicing location, choose the appropriate public affairs office, and identify the type of support needed. Users are then prompted to provide additional details so the public affairs team can evaluate the request and determine how best to provide support. Individuals requesting studio photography, including official or passport photos, must use a valid .mil email address to access that service. A step-by-step guide is available to help users walk through the process and get familiar with the system. Guides and a training video can be found on the Wright-Patt Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3) page. If you have questions about submitting a request or navigating the portal, please reach out to the appropriate Public Affairs office. A current list of tenant Wright-Patterson public affairs offices can be found on the Contact Us page of the WPAFB website. Additional information about the 88th Air Base Wing Public Affairs office is available on the public affairs webpage.
