Holbrooke Conference Center. “This is the first time we’ve done this since 2019,” said Chief Master Sgt. Lloyd Morales, 88th Air Base Wing command chief. “This is a beneficial event for the installation and the community to help encourage our military, Department of Defense, and government employees and our community partners to continue to pursue higher education.” Chief Master Sgt. They also provided information about the admission process, financial aid, and many other topics related to education. “I think it is imperative for anybody that is part of the Department of Defense to continue to grow academically and continue to learn. It is absolutely critical for us to continue to move forward and how we execute the mission,” Morales said. During the event, there were several briefings about programs and benefits available to military members, veterans, Department of Defense civilians and dependents. They covered military tuition assistance, commissioning, Veterans Affairs education benefits, and military and family readiness were some of the briefings that took place during the Education Fair.
