New site launched for ID card appointments Published Oct. 27, 2022 88th Air Base Wing Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio-- The 88th Force Support Squadron and Military Personnel Flight’s ID Card Section is transitioning from RAPIDS to Setmore for scheduling appointments. This includes common access cards for all military and Department of Defense civilians, as well as retirees, reservists, family members and contractors. “Setmore is a more user-friendly system and enables us to manage all of our customer appointments through a single interface,” said 1st Lt. Jacob Nixon, officer in charge of the Military Personnel Flight’s Customer Support Section. “This will enhance better communication with our customers and allow for an easier booking experience.” Transition time frame: Beginning Nov. 1, 60-day appointments (for Jan. 1 and beyond) will be released on Setmore. Weekly appointments will continue to be released on RAPIDS until Dec. 27, from which all appointments need to be booked on Setmore.
