Expired ID cards to get extensions

The Department of Defense has granted extensions for expiring dependent or retiree ID cards due to ongoing COVID-19 mitigation efforts. This extension only applies to ID cards that have expired since Jan. 1, 2020, or will expire between now and July 31.
