OFFICIAL STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY:

-Available IAW AFI 35-101/AFMAN 35-101-

  • Special duty assignments

  • Official service specific requirements for Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard

  • Chain-of-command studio photography will be provided for leadership at the squadron-level and above (SES, General Officer, commander, deputy/vice commander and director, senior enlisted leader, and first sergeant)

  • Quarterly and annual award winners at the group-level and above 

NOT CONSIDERED OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Photos for SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, internal directories, just-in-case, personal use, etc.

UNOFFICIAL PHOTO SESSION

Want an official-looking photo for your Teams, SharePoint or email account? Has the photo studio denied your request for an official photo because you don't meet the AFI requirement? Take advantage of an Unofficial Photo Event near you! The 88ABW/PA photographers will provide high-resolution, professional, official-looking photos that can be used for Teams, email, internal directories, roster boards, etc. Availability will be on a first come first served basis.

UPCOMING UNOFFICIAL PHOTO EVENTS:

  • April 19 from 9 to 11 a.m.

  • May 17 from 9 to 11 a.m.

  • June 14 from 9 to 11 a.m.

  • Location: Air Force Institute of Technology's Kenney Hall, 2950 Hobson Way, Area B. Availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments will not be offered.

88 ABW/PA will continue holding these monthly. Questions should be directed to PA Photo at 937-255-4242, not AFIT.

OFFICIAL PASSPORTS AND VISA PHOTOS

  • Official passports and visa photos are on a walk-in basis.
  • Call the studio before coming by at 937-255-4242 to ensure a photographer will be there.

  • A dark colored shirt (not uniform related) is required.

  • Requests must be for official government requirements.

  • Base personnel can submit a request at 88 ABW Public Affairs Digital 833 (Work Order)
