COLONEL DALE R. WHITE

Colonel Dale R. White is the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Forces (SOF), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for more than 2,000 personnel nationwide and acquisition execution of a $16.5 billion portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms and related sub-systems.  

Colonel White is a 1997 distinguished graduate of ROTC Detachment 845 at Texas Christian University.  A career acquisition officer, his career has included a wide variety of scientific, acquisition, and operational planning assignments involving space, cyber, and aircraft systems; including assignments at the Space and Missile Systems Center; Air Force Research Laboratory; Headquarters Air Intelligence Agency (ACC),  Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, BIG SAFARI Systems Group, and the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office.  He has also served in staff assignments at Air Force Materiel Command and in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition where he served as the Executive Officer to the Military Deputy, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, and the Executive Officer to the Commander, Air Force Materiel Command respectively. 

Prior to assuming his current position, Colonel White was the Senior Materiel Leader/System Program Director for the B-21 Raider Program, Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. He was responsible for leading the highly classified $80 billion ACAT I-D-equivalent program through acquisition planning, milestone development, and program execution, and served as a key interface to senior Air Force, Department of Defense, and Congressional leadership.
