The NASA Space Telescope Transporter for Air, Road, and Sea (STTARS), is shown in the air transport configuration about to be on loaded into a C-5 Space Cargo Modified (SCM) aircraft in November 2012 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. At the back is a three axle stinger and rear elevating gooseneck connected to the back of the STTARS container. Connected to the front of the container is the front elevating gooseneck connected to a four axle Tractor.
