Effective September 1, 2021, 2 p.m. EDT, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base has transitioned into Health Protection Condition Level Charlie. This means that units authorized to bring up to 25% of the force back into the office. As of August 27, 2021, there is a Public Health Emergency in effect for WPAFB.

Masks are required on Wright-Patterson AFB in ALL buildings and facilities.
New DOD guidance directs all personnel—service members, federal employees, onsite contractor employees and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask while indoors on installations or other DOD leased and controlled facilities.
COVID-19 VACCINE UPDATE a/o September 1, 2021:
The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is still available at the Wright-Patterson Medical Center. All appointments will take place in the Allergy & Immunizations Clinic located on the first floor of the hospital. Appointments are recommended and can be scheduled by visiting https://informatics-stage.health.mil/WPAFBCOVIDApp/ or by calling 937-257-SHOT (7468). Availability for walk-ins are not guaranteed. Those currently eligible to receive vaccinations from the WPMC include all TRICARE eligible beneficiaries ages 12 and up, WPAFB active-duty members, and Department of Defense civilians and contractors.
