Wright-Patt Base Exchange shopping privileges extended to DOD and Coast Guard civilians
Effecting May 1, 2021 DoD civilian employees are able to shop at the base exchange, use Army & Air Force Exchange services such as the barbershop and salon, and use the AAFES online Mall.
