Wright-Patt celebrates Black History Month by honoring African Americans in time of war
Col. Robert "Bruce Monroe, Deputy Director, Department of Defense Special Access Programs Central Office, Pentagon, gave the keynote address during the Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate's 22nd Annual Black History Month Luncheon, Feb. 22, 2018, at the Wright-Patt Club and Banquet Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The theme of this year's luncheon was African Americans in the Time of War. Brig. Gen. Gregory Gutterman, Director, Air Force Security and Cooperation Directorate, hosted the luncheon. Col.
