Ohio Task Force One prepares to depart from Wright-Patterson
Ms. Kay Rice and her search and rescue-trained Labrador Retriever, Jazz, members of Ohio Task Force One, stretch their legs at the Wright-Patterson AFB Deployment Center while awaiting airlift to Haiti to provide humanitarian and disaster relief support in response to the recent earthquake. The FEMA task force, made up of approximately 80 first-responders from across the Miami Valley and their equipment, is staging at Wright-Patterson AFB.
