Defender to the End: Military Working Dog Misha Retires from Service

Drivers who use Wright-Patterson Air Force Base's Gate 19B, located off National Road, should be aware of upcoming changes due to a construction project. Starting Monday, June 23, and continuing through Monday, September 29, access to Gate 19B will be limited.
