Wright-Patterson Medical Center
Wright-Patterson Medical Center is one of the Air Force's largest medical treatment facilities and provides eligible beneficiaries with a full spectrum of medical services. In most cases, we are able to meet the vast majority of family health care needs on base.

Hospital Information:
Wright-Patterson Medical Center is located in Area A at 4881 Sugar Maple Drive, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. Gate 12A at Ohio State Route 444 in Fairborn offers the most convenient 24 hour access. Telephone numbers, hours of operation and general information on each clinic can be accessed by the Clinics (A-M) and Clinics (A-Z) links immediately to the right of this tab. There is a manned information desk located immediately inside the hospital atrium entrance, which you can also reach by calling (937) 257-0837. Information kiosks are located at both main entrances.

Wright-Patterson Medical Center Hours of Operation
Clinic hours are generally from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Most clinics are closed weekends and holidays. For details, refer to the Clinics (A - M) and Clinics (M - Z) links to the right of this tab. The Emergency room is open 24 hours a day.
Patient Relations 
There are two methods to assist you. You may speak with the Patient Assistance Team Member(s) (PATMs) located in each of our outpatient clinics/inpatient wards. You may also contact the Medical Center Patient Advocate: (937) 257-9131.
How do I enroll in TRICARE Prime?
There are a two different ways that you can enroll in TRICARE Prime:
(1) Visit the TRICARE Service Center (located on the Medical Center first floor by the main elevators) and fill out an enrollment form or
(2) Log on to www.healthnetfederalservices.com and click the "Enrollment" tab. Fill out the on-line form, print, and mail in to the address provided.
Access to general medical advice: 
(1) Access the Audio Health Library by calling 1-877-TRICARE (874-2273)
(2) Log on to www.tricareonline.com for access to general healthcare information.
(3) During duty hours, you may contact your Primary Care Manager (PCM) by calling the appointment line at (937) 522-APPT (2778).
After-hours care
For urgent care needs after hours, TRICARE enrollees may call (937) 522-APPT (2778) to speak to an on-call medical or dental provider. * Note: On-call providers are not able to make appointments, check labs, or order/refill prescriptions. For emergencies, dial 911 or report to the emergency room.

H1N1 and seasonal influenza information:
Wright-Patterson Medical Center officials have established a new schedule for H1N1 Influenza immunizations.
The H1N1 immunization is now open to all including AD, dependents, retirees, Civil Service, and contract personnel.
Individuals are encouraged to utilize one of the H1N1-dedicated shot lines listed below to avoid parking congestion at the Medical Center. Pediatric vaccine will be available at the Jan. 13 shot line but not at the shot lines on 5 and 6 Jan. All shot line times are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.:
- Jan. 5, Air Force Institute of Technology
- Jan. 6, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command
- Jan. 13, 88th Air Base Wing and other tenant units (at Bldg. 142)
H1N1 vaccinations are also available at the Medical Center. The Allergy and Immunizations Clinic is open 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except it is closed on New Years Day. Children 6 months to 18 years of age can also receive their H1N1 vaccine at the Pediatric Clinic during normal duty hours.
Note seasonal flu shots are also available for all active duty and civil service personnel at WPMC Immunizations Clinic during normal duty hours and at the Occupational Medicine Clinic (Bldg. 675) on Wednesday afternoons between 1 and 3 p.m.
