Felton is AFRC's Outstanding First Sgt of the Year

AFRC's Outstanding First Sgt for 2008 is Senior Master Sgt. James Felton Jr., assigned to the 445th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He joined the Army after graduating from Messick High School in Memphis, Tenn., in 1981, then transferring to the Ohio Army National Guard in 1984.
