T-connector bridge links Dayton region's past with future

Children from the Greene County Summer Caravan program make the inaugural ride over the new T-Connector Trail bridge. The bridge links the entrance to the Huffman Prairie Flying Field Interpretive Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, near State Route 444 in Fairborn, Ohio to other Greene and Montgomery County bikeway trail systems in the Miami Valley area. Capt. Michael Priddy, a physician's assistant with the Reserve's 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, administers an antibiotic to a Guatemalan child in April as part of a New Horizons medical readiness training exercise. Captain Priddy was one of 31 Reserve medics who participated in the exercise. New Horizons is a joint civil engineer and medical humanitarian and civic assistance exercise involving Reservists and Guardsmen from the Army, Navy and Air Force.
