Civic leaders visit Wright-Patterson

Operations Building dedicated in honor of Maj. LeRoy Homer

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio – Ms. Melodie Homer cuts the ceremonial ribbon during the Operations Building dedication Oct. 4, 2008, at the 445th Airlift Wing.
