Mark Matthews, Air Force Institute of Technology commandant, his wife, Christy, and daughter, Hope, stand for the National Anthem during the opening ceremony for the second annual Air Force Materiel Command Tattoo — “Freedom's Call 2006” June 30. WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, OHIO -- Lt. Col.
